Shipping & Returns

Honey orders

All Honey orders are to be placed via email or mobile phone only due to availability of this product which is seasonal and dependent on the Bees.  Orders placed within the Southampton area can be delivered, if required at a cost of £5.00.  Customers who are prepared to collect Honey, then I can accept orders outside of the Southampton area.  All are subject to availability.

general stock orders

All other goods ordered will be sent via Royal Mail and are subject to a maximum of 3 items.  Delivery costs are calculated on the overall weight of the order and where it is to be delivered.  Please report any damages or shortages, within 3 days of receipt. Please report any none delivery within 5 days of receiving our dispatch email.

Orders can be placed through the online shop, but we also accept orders by email or mobile.   I run my own business and there may be a delay in responding, however I will always be in touch to confirm any orders as soon as possible.

exchanges

An exchange will only occur if the purchased item is defective or damaged.  Please email hood539@btinternet.com and delivery details will be confirmed for the return of the defective/damaged item.  I will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund.  You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
